How will my website help me?
You can send potential clients to your website to read all about your services, stress relief, biofeedback and EPFX technology. Your comprehensive and well written website will save you countless hours of repetitive explanations, helping to eliminate confusion and doubt.

Why else should I get a website?
Your website will be a 24/7 brochure. It's your online business face to the world. It offers tremendous convenience by providing an easy to update, steady stream of your most current business information. What would be a good domain name and email address for me?
A:    A good domain name is easy to remember and as short as possible. It should be as close to your business name as possible. A secondary domain name that has your key words (words that people would type in a search engine to find you and your business) would be a great investment for an extra $10/yr. A good choice for email would be either YourName@YourDomainName.com, or Info@YourDomainName.com.

Q:   How are changes made for the site?
A:   It will depend upon how many changes you intend to make. The Deluxe Plan allows for us to upload occasional changes to certain pages at no extra charge usually within 24 business hours. We have specific instructions to help make this process easy for you and us. Excess changes may incur a discounted fee of $5 to $25 or more dependent upon formatting or design requests you may need.

Q:   How about extra pages?
A:   For a small fee, we can add an unlimited number of extra pages to your site. The fee can range from $29 on up depending on how much formatting would be required. The more information you have on your site, the better it will be for the search engines to find you and rate you higher on their search results pages.

Q: How many links can I have? Can I have the importation agreements and other sales agreements on my website and receive credit for sales?
A:   You can have as many links as you want. Your website will contain the importation and credit agreements. You will be emailed a name and email address so that you will know who accessed the agreements from your website.

Q:   I already have a website. What could or should I do?
A:   You can transfer your hosting to our plan for no extra charge and your old website will reside next to your brand new Quantum website. You will have 2 websites hosted for the price of one. Your new Quantum website will link to your old website.

Q:   Can I have my own images?
A:    We recommend putting up a friendly image of yourself or your business on your about us and contact pages. If you have 2 other favorite images, we would be happy to incorporate them into your new website during setup. If you wish to add pictures later, there might be a slight additional charge. On the Deluxe Plan, we will be happy to switch an image for you occasionally.

Q:   Can I add my own content? Do I need approval?
A:    Just email us the old page text followed by the new text you want us to use, and we will put it up on your brand new website. No approval is necessary. Of course, objectionable material and false claims are not allowed. We will try to help you as much as possible with content, but in the end, you are legally responsible for any content that is on your website. Wisdom and common sense rule the day. If you wish to add or change your own content, we recommend that you obtain Contribute 4. We would then provide you with a website key.

Q:   What are the main differences between the plans?
A:   The Standard Plan includes a full, $1500 customized website with email. Occacasional changes can be made. Extra updates or industry changes may incur an extra cost down the line. The Deluxe Plan includes a $2500 website with more support and editing. It also includes free, automatic updates and features and substantial discounts on added features such as audio, video, calendars, newsletters, blogs, database extras, and customizations options. For only $14 per month more, it is the best deal. The Premier Plan includes a $5500 Pro Website that has a professional storefront and Product Management Console that works with Quickbooks. It is a state of the art website that has most all the bells and whistles. You can have a credit card merchant account at the best rates available.

Q:   What are search engines, and will we get any help with that?
A:    Search engines help Web visitors find what they are looking for. Visitors type in a subject, and related websites are pulled up. Google is the largest search engine with whom we promote heavily. We also have a new directory that pulls up on the first page of Google under "EPFX," called, "AlternativeHealthPracitioners.com." All of our Deluxe and Premier website holders will receive a free placement in this directory. Only several weeks old, we are already receiving visitors who are requesting practitioner recommendations.

Q:   Who are you, and how long have you been around?

A:    A Deluxe website can be setup within 7 days or less. Customizations will take longer, the time dependent upon the type of changes you will be requesting.
